Furnishing the Regas Building — a landmark in historic downtown Knoxville, Tennessee — was a wonderful opportunity for O.P. Jenkins. The Regas Building is a residential loft building that gives its residents unparalleled access to everything the downtown area has to offer. Our interior redesign incorporates aspects of Regas’s urban locale.
For this redesign, our interior designer worked closely with our client to choose eye-catching furniture and accessories that would also withstand the test of time. Residents may use the lobby, clubhouse, and outdoor club level as meeting and party spaces, so the design had to be multifunctional. One area needed to flow into another naturally. Our designer selected a style, color palette, furniture, and accessories that give the Regas a clean and sophisticated look and make a lasting first impression.
